Our typical lead time for a project like this is 4-6 weeks once we receive the print ready artwork files. Yes, the price on our website includes renting the booth with your branding and custom design; as well as installing, dismantling, and returning the exhibit from the trade show. You don’t have to lift a finger!

Furthermore, the pricing includes project management costs; for example, we will help you with paperwork and keep track of deadlines for securing discounts on required services.

The online prices don’t cover any show-related services, which may include drayage, rigging, booth vacuuming, internet service at the venue, and electrical outlets.

Yes, we provide a detailed template that can be used for your booth artwork. This includes all of the dimensions and specifications that you will need in order to create the graphics for your trade show rental booth. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

Absolutely, we can help you find furniture and branding items that complement the trade show booth design – over and above what is already shown in rendering.

We would love to turn your design into reality, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

  • All images embedded – we need a 150 – 200 minimum dpi (dots per inch) @ 100% final output size. Images should be at a minimum of 300 dpi at 50% scale.
  • If an application does not allow full size, you can build at ¼ output size with 300-400 dpi or ½ output size with 150-200 dpi.
  • Example: When building a 24”x36” graphic, build your file at 6”x9” at 300 dpi.
  • Please do not save with crop marks or extra document info
  • Send individually saved pdf files according to their assigned layout number and measuring specs
